Well, another home built and I have to say the experience has been great. When we were reviewing who we would build with again for our 3rd home, you immediately came to mind having done a great job the last time. We had few reservations when we started our discussion for this home, and have come through the process extremely satisfied, with our choice of builders confirmed.

Throughout the process you continued to demonstrate the professionalism and care we have come to know and trust. Knowing that we can get fairly hands-on, and perhaps even some might say picky, you kept us well apprised of developments, and ensured there was a constant flow of communication back when we asked for changes or had questions.

Having been in the home now for several months, I can honestly say we’re as happy now as the week we moved in. Building a new home for the first time can be an overwhelming experience; luckily we shared ours with a great builder, Farhad Atbin of Atbin Homes. Farhad was very easy to deal with, very up front and no hidden surprises. We found him to be very approachable, great suggestions and one very important characteristic; he always answered his phone or got back to you within an hour (even on Sunday evening). Farhad and his office were truly committed to us and tried to service us in every way. The attention to detail and the creative ideas are very apparent in our Home.

We would like to first say thank you very much for building our amazing home. We have been living there for just over 3 weeks and have enjoyed every minute of it. Every time we have friends/relatives over they constantly compliment the house, the style, the layout and the quality.

Being our first house, we had a lot of research and learning to do. Not knowing where to start we asked around for referrals and you were one of the names that came up from a very knowledgeable co-worker. He had built a home with you in the past (associated with previous companies) and was impressed with the quality of the homes you built. He not only referred us to you, he also has chosen to build another house with you. When we had finally came to our conclusion we choose to go with Atbin Homes and we couldn't have been happier with the entire process and end result. You made it easy and enjoyable for us from beginning to end.

You were very hands on right from the beginning. We had ideas and goals of what we wanted in our house and you achieved all of them. We wanted an open concept with a modern feel and that's exactly what we received. We also asked for your ideas about some of the layout of the house. You have many years experience and the ideas you had really helped utilized the space in the house and made it more appealing. The quality of materials and contractors used were unsurpassable.
